Sure Start 1N technique
Equine Breathing

Give your horse the best start in Equine Breathing with this one month personalised on-line course.

This course is for you if:

  • you've never heard of Equine Breathing but want to help your horse recover
  • you've thought about doing Equine Breathing but not yet started
  • you've tried Equine Breathing in the past but for whatever reason were not able to continue with it
  • you've started Equine Breathing but would like help to get through teething problems or to maintain momentum
  • you're unable to use drug treatments to help your horse for whatever reason

You get:

  • weekly (or daily if you prefer) supervision, teaching and support by email etc
  • weekly zoom calls for one month tailored to the specific needs of you and your horse
  • includes either an All Weather Breather or an Equine Breather
  • support and advice on using Equine Breathing for one year

Payment

The course is in two parts with an initial payment of £30 for the first week of the course

If you wish to continue you pay a second payment of £70 for the rest of the course which includes an All Weather Breather

or

a second payment of £120 if you prefer to use an Equine Breather

Course description

  • Learn how to do Equine Breathing
  • How to understand and manage an Equine Breathing training program
  • How to recognise and manage healing responses
  • How to monitor progress

The course involves an initial assessment of your horse followed by the development of a system for monitoring progress in their recovery.  You will do the basic technique of 1N every day for the first week and will learn how to be most effective and to understand the healing process.

If you buy the second part of the course you will start to use a Breather for a more powerful effect and will continue to monitor progress with support and advice (daily or weekly) for the remaining 3 weeks.

After the initial month you will be able to continue to get support and advice for a year. You can submit a 6 month and a 12 month report in order to get detailed feedback if you wish
