Please allow 28 days for shipping. Items are posted via Royal Mail.

If there are any problems with your order we will contact you immediately for your instructions.

You can cancel your order at any time by email for a full refund minus the Paypal fee. If the goods have been dispatched before you cancel, a full refund minus the Paypal fee, will be made if you return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days (return postage to be paid by you).

In addition, if you are not entirely satisfied with the product please return the goods to us at any time within 90 days of receiving them and we will make a full refund minus the Paypal fee (return postage to be paid by you).
